Renovation – including new bunkers, driving range, short game area, pond construction and new waterfalls.
Starting in 2020, Pearson Golf Construction began a renovation project for Oakwood Country Club in Kansas City, MO. PGC constructed new bunkers using the Better Billy Bunker method, renovated the driving range, including a 3 acre short game area, and added 3.5 new holes. The renovation also included replacement of almost all paths and construction of 2 new waterfalls and Ponds.
New Construction – featuring USGA Greens and Synthetic Tees.
In 2023, Pearson Golf Construction completed a new construction on a Par 3 Golf Course for Oakwood Country Club in Kansas City, MO. Features included: USGA greens and synthetic tees, 2 ponds, HDPE irrigation system including conduit for fans and every green, and concrete cart paths throughout the course.
Feature Add-Ons – New Driving Range with 6 state-of-the-art synthetic greens, 2 tees, and a new short game area.
In 2023, Pearson Golf Construction built a new driving range at Hallbrook Country Club in Leawood, KS. The new range featured 6 state-of-the-art synthetic greens, a short game area with a USGA green, and 2 driving range tees with new synthetic tee lines totaling 1.5 acres. In-ground drainage was also installed along with root zone mix on the driving range tees. The project also included a new HDPE Rainbird IC irrigation system.
